Sunil Bhaskar is an accomplished engineer with over 7.5 years of experience at VARD & IPR Engineering department, where he led approximately 10 projects focused on electronics machines and lab coordination. His expertise spans the entire project lifecycle, from ideation to proof of concept, material selection, and prototype development.
Since 2016, he has been an integral part of the Inspire MANAK division at NIF India, where he has played a pivotal role in product and prototype development with a strong emphasis on value addition. His contributions to the division include conducting DLEPC, SLEPC, and Mentoring workshops, and significantly enhancing the review and evaluation process at both primary and secondary stages. Notably, he achieved the second-highest review count within the NIF internal team last year.
His diverse experience includes serving as a jury member for the Inspire Manak at the national level and leading workshops at prestigious institutions such as IITs and NITs. He has also actively participated in major NIF exhibitions, including the Festival of Innovation and Nurturing Entrepreneurship, the Inspire Manak National Exhibition, the IGNITE Award, and the India International Science Festival (IISF) 2024.
With a proactive approach to research and development, he has developed rapid prototyping capabilities, including circuit design and 3D printing, reducing dependency during product development. His deep understanding of the local market and electronic components further enhances his ability to create effective prototypes and provide technical support. Sunil’s extensive experience in conducting field visits for feedback and documentation, as well as workshops, underscores his dedication to advancing innovation and nurturing the next generation of thinkers and entrepreneurs.
